Can my ceiling actually be repaired instead of replaced?

Sometimes. If you have a small isolated crack with no strapping movement underneath, a patch may hold. If the strapping is gone, the sheets are bowing, or there's asbestos behind the plaster, repair is a band-aid. We'll tell you straight at the site visit.

Do you handle the insurance claim paperwork?

Yes. For storm and burst-pipe claims we produce a scope of works document with photos that satisfies most Perth insurers. We've had claims signed off same week. If the insurer needs a follow-up, we come back.

What about asbestos? Do you handle the legal disposal?

We do. We hold the asbestos removal licence required under WA legislation, carry sealed transport containers, and arrange licensed disposal. All paperwork supplied.
